Magistrates Court and Crown Court Agency Work Solicitors

We are a firm covering a large number of magistrates courts and crown courts throughout the London area. We are willing and able to take on instruction as agent acting on behalf of principal solicitors at short notice.

We understand that, given the current climate in relation to fixed fees and an ever reducing budget it is not always practicable or financially viable to cover each and every case in house, as a result of which we pride ourselves on our ability to provide an agency service to our professional colleagues when this occasion arises. If a case is funded by the Legal Services Commission then our rate will be charged on legal aid hourly rates or should the instruction from the principal be in relation to a private client then a fee based upon the length of time involved in dealing effectively with the case can be arranged directly with our head office on 0208 418 2900. 

Clearly it is beneficial to all parties if we are instructed on an agency basis that full instructions, together with supporting documents, are received at our offices as soon as is practicable.
